Amit drives the development of innovative solution for sustainable talent development as the Managing Director at ELEMENT94. He is very passionate about student welfare and quality of education in India. His passion for excellence prompted him to form Institutional Excellence Forum with like-minded professionals from the Industry to promote the cause of Excellence.Prior to founding Element94 he was heading the Creatives at Mudra and Euro RSCG.

Amit has also been conferred with “Karamveer Chakra” at the “Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship” (RKGF) awards for Social Justice and Citizen Action

Anuj Panwar

Anuj has played a pivotal role in building targeted right-fit solutions for India's educational institutions. Handling independent technology teams and running a tight ship had been Anuj's forte since the last 15 years. His thirst to stay on top of the technology curve and to use it in the field of Education has led to the creation of a gamut of technology solutions focusing on Institutions of Higher Learning. His belief in the need for Excellence in Higher Education pushed him to co-found IEF.

Abhay Nair

Abhay’s passion for using leading edge technology in knowledge management, guides his collaboration with stakeholders aimed at creating holistic knowledge transformations. For over a decade, Abhay has been pushing the boundaries of graphic, digital, interactive, and multimedia design. Working with a background liberal arts, his believes in the strength of higher education and a need to excel in it for the benefit of society at large led him to co-found IEF.

Kumar Gaurav

Leader of Zensar’s strategic unit "Consulting Services" as a profit center head.
As head of Consulting, Kumar is responsible for end-to-end service management and manages a team of highly focused consultants to deliver excellence. During his stint as Transformation Consultant he has traveled the globe (USA,UK, Europe, South East-Asia, South Africa, India and Japan.) and found insight in understanding the urgent need to make Excellence a part of Talent in Indian through Education.
